There’s more than one way to skin a cat. In other words, there’s more than one way to outline your company lifecycle. The journey of business transformation is a way few people choose and even fewer of them end up successful. Guys from Vacuumlabs, Hellephant and Sparring did both. At the event Startup Grind Bratislava, they discussed how to adapt to the change, how to conclude a strategic partnership and scale up and how to control the company lifecycle and drive the business in the right way.

1. Matej Ftacnik (CXO, Vacuumlabs) Matej is the CXO & co-founder of Vacuumlabs, a Slovak technology company of 190+ experts in building products & services with modern tech stacks.

2. Maroš Zeleňák (CMO, Chief of Design @ Vacuumlabs, ex-CEO at Hellephant) Maroš founded and directed a branding & digital product studio Hellephant which was acquired by a technology company Vacuumlabs in 2018 and converted into in-house design and marketing department.

3. Marián Porvažník (CEO, Sparring) As CLO and board member of one of the fastest-growing software companies in CEE, he has put his knowledge to good use and co-founded Sparring, a legal service for tech entrepreneurs.

Tomáš Vyšný (Co-founder, Booster Labs) Tomáš is a co-founder at The Booster Labs, an innovation studio working with financial service corporations on research, validation and conceptualization of innovative products. He is also an investment advisor at 365.fintech, corporate VC investing in fintech startups in CEE and beyond. He holds a Master’s degree in Business & Management from Judge Business School, University of Cambridge.
